The Company is looking to exploit its “first mover” advantage and bring truly new and innovative products to market in Mexico and neighboring markets. The Company is also in the process of developing ancillary products and services that will complement the Hop-on Wireless handsets and associated MVNE and MVNO business models.

USAcig, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary that specializes in electronic cigarettes and production of “The Electric Cigarette™” (TEC) and “The Electric Cigar™”. Hardware is manufactured in China to exacting specifications and the atomizer water-based solutions are manufactured in the United States. Our products allow the consumer to inhale vapor in the same way cigarette smoke is inhaled, receiving a nicotine dose while avoiding any harmful tar, carbon monoxide and other carcinogenic substances found in cigarettes. The nicotine content is delivered in selected dosage levels from 6mg to 16mg, allowing dosage adjustments to accommodate the user’s needs. USACig also offers a 0mg nicotine-free solution.
